Reflex Data is putting customer focus and innovation at the forefront with two key leadership appointment.
Appointed chief customer officer in April 2017, Steve Jones has responsibility for professional services and customer success. The role has seen him managing large-scale ERP implementation projects and delivering projects and professional services to new and existing customers.
“Having a focus on our customers’ success is key to making sure they are receiving a service and experience that adds value to their business,” he says. “Our aim is to optimise and continually improve our products and services and ensure that all modifications enhance customers' solutions and add operational efficiency.”
Responsible for product development, new chief technology officer Dan Ellis is leading the way with new products and technical innovations. Dan has 30 years' software development experience in the UK, Middle East and the US on large-scale integration projects, ERP products and business transformation.
Dan is working with his team and tools vendor Rocket Software on some exciting roadmap developments, such as real-time SQL access to customer data.
"We are also working on allowing Mertex to run from a browser window and enhancing the Mertex user interface for better, clearer presentation and to make better use of screen sizes," he says.
Steve and Dan bring to their roles a wealth of experience in managing and distributing ERP software in sectors ranging from public health services to the food and automotive industries.
Both are sports fans, supporting soccer and rugby league teams in Reflex Data's home city of Kingston upon Hull.
