Reflex Data is putting customers at the forefront with a key leadership appointment.
Appointed chief customer officer, Steve Jones has responsibility for professional services and customer success. The role sees him managing large-scale ERP implementation projects and delivering projects and professional services to new and existing customers.
“Having a focus on our customers’ success is key to making sure they are receiving a service and experience that adds value to their business,” he says. “Our aim is to optimise and continually improve our products and services and ensure that all modifications enhance customers' solutions and add operational efficiency.”
Steve brings a wealth of experience in managing and distributing ERP software in sectors ranging from public health services to the food and automotive industries.
He is a keen sports fan, supporting soccer and rugby league teams in Reflex Data's home city of Kingston upon Hull.
