Secure your business operations in the event of server failure with ‘backup’ data storage

Everything is more visible to us now. Mertex informs us who has done what throughout the business as every transaction has an audit trail.

On-premise servers are used to run and store Mertex and all your business data that interacts with it. This is a very secure way to store data in that it is not out in the public domain or stored in ‘the cloud’.

Our Data Replication service essentially copies all your real-time data in case of catastrophic failure of your live server, such as fire damage or theft and stores it on a backup server. This Disaster Recovery (DR) precaution would result in the backup server taking over your systems within a short timeframe, resulting in business continuity following the failure.

EDA (External Database Access) compresses real-time data from your Mertex server into a SQL database which is stored separately and is read-only (data cannot be changed within Mertex from this database). This data can then be accessed by your IT manager for reporting purposes.

Some of the main features and how
they benefit users

Recover from data loss quickly with minimal effect on your business (Data Replication)

Use real-time data separately from Mertex (EDA)

Increase the power of Mertex with additional integrations

In addition to your Mertex software, there may be additional integrations that your business requires.
