Access is by password only and parameters enable you to define which facilities each user can access. Reps, agents and distributors are able to view multiple customers’ information.
Options include stock enquiries, collection enquiries, (both include product images), sales order entry (with options for reservations), and sample order entry. Order and invoice enquiries include options to view and re-print invoices and links to haulier web sites for tracking parcels.
Customers can view their own account and contact information, and can update contact details and add/amend delivery addresses. Details of pattern books held per customer are also available.
