Customer support boosted
We have appointed Amanda Castledine to head the team as service delivery manager. Amanda started in IT when a teenager, with the arrival of the first desktop computers, and her knowledge, which includes software development, will be important to our progress in the coming years. She has latterly spent 17 years with a financial services company. Managing director Jerry Alcock highlights her natural empathy with customers, her experience of dealing with third party suppliers and her excellent understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the company.
Amanda says this is an exciting time to join Reflex Data and that a key aspect of her role will be to ensure best practice is sustained across the company’s processing systems. As an expert in ITIL, which focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business, Amanda says: “Getting the systems structure right will allow the company to deal with expansion, and scale up more easily, while also giving our customers superb service.”
Three more newcomers to the IT support team are: support desk analyst Nathan Robinson, technical support worker Mark Hancock and Barry Whitfield in the new role of team leader. They join two other new recruits to the company in the last 12 months: technical team member Paul Bentley and Lisa Keen, who is in the QA team.
